Services Quick Overview

School Partnerships

  • We partner with schools to provide one or both of two main resources. Firstly we provide group classes and our own counselors, who come with experience in admission offices. Secondly, our digital platform provides guidance, management tools, and informational resources to both students and school counselors.

  • Schools, educational centers, established afterschool programs

  • Pricing is dependent on product type and student body size. Please shoot us a call, email, or text to discuss the needs of your institution

Classic Course

  • Our classic course revolves around a 3 year cycle of a student’s academic journey. Although we recommend completing the full cycle, students can hop in for help at any stage and stay for any length! Students can start enrolling sophomore year or even only join senior year for college app help. Our classic schedule starts early to develop the pillars of creating a strong portfolio, including extracurricular and summer experience development, and ending senior year with college applications and transitioning into their first semester.

  • Parents can enroll their children into these classes.

  • Sophomore Year:
    Monthly meetings

    Junior Year:
    Monthly meetings

Summer before senior year & Senior Year:
    Meetings Hosted weekly

**The above schedule displays how often we host classes, not how often a student must attend. If you are looking for advice on the best schedule for your student don’t hesitate to reach out!

  • Sophomore Year:

    $20/ month

    Junior Year:

    $20/ month

    Senior Year & Summer Before:
    $20/ class or $40 month

Group Packages

  • If you are looking for a lower rate but a more private and interactive experience we offer group classes and support packages with flat rates, giving access to individual attention and more personal attention without the high prices. Students receive individual feedback on their applications and can reach out to tutors for questions outside of hours. A flat rate is charged independent of how many students you enroll in the class. We notice many parents will team with a few other families and enroll in this package as a group.

  • Group Workshop Package:

One of our experienced staff will run a customized workshop, mixing together lessons on strategies and tactics in approaching applications, as well as working together on student’s actual applications, allowing questions and immediate feedback. Students/ parents will also be placed in a group chat with the coach and can shoot quick questions or requests for next lesson. Groups can choose session length.

    Workshop + 24/7 Mentor Contact:

This includes the above product, while incorporating the next caliber of help. Not only do you have group access to our coach, but you also gain access for individualized help. Coaches will have individual meetings with each student (parents welcome at meetings too) before the first group session, and once a month for progress check ins and personal help. In this package coaches can receive student work at anytime of the day and return it edited, marked with feedback, or have a quick call with the student to go over editing their application materials. Families will have more personal access to coaches.

  • Groups can enroll at any point in a student’s journey. We strongly recommend groups contain students at the same point in their academic journey.

We typically see groups enroll in the summer before senior year, giving students time to create and narrow their college list, create their common app, and complete supplementals for early applications (which are typically due Nov 1-15), and continue into winter for regular applications due in the range of Jan - Feb.

  • Sophomore Year Groups:

$50/ session up to 8 students

    Junior Year Groups:

$95/ session up to 5 students **includes the cost of any out of session benefits including: private intro meetings, private quick calls & messages, private questions, individual essay edits, essay draft reads-

FAQ

  • Yes! We always have a few private clients at any given time. For scheduling, rates, and developing a plan catered for your student, please reach out to us so we can schedule a free consultation

  • Our sessions for students/ parents are virtual.
School partnerships are in person in the Boston area or virtual for out of area locations

  • Nope! Although we cannot change the time for our classic course, group sessions or individual sessions can be catered to your timezone.

  • Although we help students at any point, we notice two times that are the most impactful.

1- students starting in sophomore year have the highest success rates as we are able to guide the student in making a strong portfolio from the ground up: guiding them in choosing extracurriculars, summer roles such as leadership, research, camps, school competitions, etc. building their portfolio brick by brick.

2- June before senior year. This allows us to help them with the complete application cycle, from choosing colleges that match their career goals and portfolio, their application strategy, to guiding them in making their application profiles, completing the application supplementals, their main common app essays, and school supplemental essays.

  • We focus primarily on U.S. institutions, with occasional applications to Canadian Universities
